JEWELCAD with 3D PRINTER for
PROTOTYPE
In this article we try to show something about JEWELCAD files in STL format arewidely reported about the file format STL from JewelCAD cannot be used or cannot generate files STL properly and correctly to proceed into the prototyping process with 3D printers.Ussualy the problem coming from stone hole, cutter or subtractor on the design surface we have been made.
We try to display some screenshot images from the JEWELCAD file (Design Bangle Slip on) to the STL or SLC file that we tried import into some 3D Printer control software on the market today. The selection of the type of 3D printer control software that we use is chosen randomly and we see also from the level of popularity of the use of machines 3D Printer itself. Some 3D Printer control software that we try to display include:FORMLAB-FORM2,
FLASHFORGE-HUNTER, B9 CREATE, ANYCUBIC-PHOTON and for 3D software that
we use is JEWELCAD 5.1
JEWELCAD/CAM DESIGN ( JewelCAD 5.1 )
JEWELCAD - FLASHFORGE HUNTER ( SLC - STL Format file )
JEWELCAD - B9 CREATE ( STL Format file )
We try to import STL and SLC file from JewelCAD and didn't put support
in that file machining, because on the 3D Printer control software have option how
we want to put the support on the file its can be Automatic Support or Manual Support.
That's a machine operators can be decide wich way they want to do.
We can see from the images that we try to displayed, that STL file
JewelCAD can be used and can produce STL files properly.
The key all of that is in our ability to handle 3D software JEWELCAD itself.
All kind 3D software, JEWELCAD, MATRIX, RHINOS, 3DESIGN, all of which are certain
there are pluses and minuses, back to us as software operators.
How we combine our 3D software and 3D Printer control software to be able for produce
models same with our designed and come out correctly in the 3D printer that we have.
