3. Production Process.
A. Direct Casting
The results of the 3D printer are used directly for the production process by casting directly the results of the prototyping. In this process it is necessary to pay attention to the type of resin used and also the casting capabilities.
B.Molding
The results of prototyping with a 3D printer continued with the molding process or rubber by calculating the shrinkage from the initial process (3D printer) to the results of wax injection from the molding process that has been done.
From the picture above it can be seen and considered the right process to use and apply in order to accelerate the production process and minimize problems in the next process.
