CAD/CAM

CAD / CAM using
JewelCAD and Rapid Prototyping machines

How it works:
From an image that you created with the program JewelCAD we can
transfering file to let's keep / continue the process of making a prototype of the model by
using Prototyping machines or Milling machines.
With a few ways we can do, among others the following manner:
1.File JewelCAD transferred into the STL file format.
2.File JewelCAD transferred into the SLC file format.

All of these depend on a prototype machine that we use, among others:
1.NC machine. (Roland JWX10/30 - MDX15/20 - MDX40A)
2.Rapid Prototyping machine. (Invision HR 3D modeler - Solidscape - EnvisionTEC Perfactory,etc)
Or other types of prototype machines that exist in the world today.

Some Types of Prototyping machine and Milling machine.
1.Solidscape.
2.Invision HR.
3.EnvisionTEC Perfactory.
4.Objet.
5.Digitalwax.
6.Rolland. (JWX10/30, MDX15/20, MDX40A, etc)

Step 1.
We start to make a sketch/hand drawing to made a concept for design

Step 2.
Continue to transfer the sketch to CAD drawing using JewelCAD.
By sharing calculation in accordance with the prototyping process

Step 3.
Get prepare the JewelCAD file for tansfering in STL / SLC file format.
( by using toolbar in the JewelCAD )

Step 4.
Finish the transfering file.

Step 5.
Proceed with the software settings on the machine that we use.

Some Types of Prototyping machine and Milling machine.
1.Solidscape.
2.Invision HR.
3.EnvisionTEC Perfactory.
4.Objet.
5.Digital Wax.
6.Rolland. (JWX10/30, MDX15/20, MDX40A, etc)

Basic Learning

BANGLE DESIGN
Part 2

For this session we will continue what I was writing my previous "Bangle DESIGN Part 1" at the first or earlier we learn about using the Database for application materials into a form design by using several changes of course and of the session we can learn something about the design of the jewelry itself.
In this section "Bangle DESIGN Part 2", where we will try to put part of the Database on the left and right bracelets we have created the shape of the bracelet.
For this session we will use some tools that we have never used before as an example: bend, taper, extend copy, etc.
Here we can see or feel that with a good mastery of the toolbar and right then we'll find it easier to create a design CAD/ CAM using JewelCAD, as well as very helpful in completing a task or the work we do.

We will begin the second part of this basic training.

From the article in this session we can get a tutorial / learning about the foundation of JewelCAD and also from the above results is not the final result of the bangle.
You can add or straighten any part that you think not to perfect.

" Develop your skills as long as there is a chance to develop better "

Other result for the image/rendering by using different material.
